International Shipping Notice

Oftentimes, international packages are delayed by customs when entering a foreign country, and can take longer than usual to be delivered. Other times, packages are held by a local post office for similar reasons.

We recommend that you first visit your local post office to inquire about your package before contacting us. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery, particularly in Central Europe.

Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.

We accept returns on the following items:

* product that arrived damaged
* unopened media (must be in original, unopened packaging)

Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title.

For exchanges and returns please send an email to office@centroclinal.com, including the following:

* your name
* order number
* order date
* name of the product you wish to return
* reason for return

We will contact you with a return address.

We will credit your original method of payment, minus shipping charges.
